jeetbeen reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).

- Withdrawal Before Wagering: If you request a withdrawal before completing the required wagering on a bonus, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Only the unencumbered real-money balance will be returned.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
All players on jeetbeen are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud jeetbeen or other players through chargebacks, identity fraud, payment fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games such as poker or baccarat, is a serious breach of these Terms.
- Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any technical exploit to gain an advantage over the house or other players is prohibited. This includes the use of VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Money Laundering: Using jeetbeen for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Abusive Behaviour: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jeetbeen staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel is not tolerated and will result in immediate account closure.
- False Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence.
- Account Selling: Selling, transferring, or purchasing a jeetbeen account is strictly prohibited. All accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Underage Access: Knowingly allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use your jeetbeen account is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence in applicable jurisdictions.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the jeetbeen platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to jeetbeen. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeetbeen platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jeetbeen platform without the prior written consent of jeetbeen.

Account Suspension & Closure
jeetbeen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if the closure is required by law or regulatory obligation.
- Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the jeetbeen support team via Live Chat or at support@jeetbeen. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
- Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who request a self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the requested duration. During a self-exclusion period, no deposits, bets, or bonus claims may be made, and marketing communications will be suppressed.
- Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jeetbeen reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
- Re-registration After Closure: Players whose accounts have been permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms are not permitted to create a new account on jeetbeen. Attempts to do so will be identified and the new account closed immediately.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbeen and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jeetbeen platform or any of its services.
jeetbeen makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Whilst we invest significantly in platform stability and security, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. jeetbeen accepts no liability for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, game errors, or payment processing delays caused by third-party providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card networks.

Governing Law & Disputes

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication with the support team, the dispute will be escalated to the jeetbeen management team for review. jeetbeen is committed to resolving all genuine player disputes fairly and transparently.
- Dispute Submission: All formal disputes must be submitted in writing to support@jeetbeen with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account Username]". Include a clear description of the issue, the date on which it occurred, and any supporting evidence.
- Response Timeline: jeetbeen will aim to resolve all formal disputes within 28 calendar days of receipt. Complex cases involving third-party payment providers may require additional time.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the jeetbeen Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeetbeen with respect to your use of the platform.
